Where are you based?

We're based in Oregon, but Trailforge Moto is built for riders everywhere. 

What does the 5% donation actually do?

We donate 5% of every sale to the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC). They work on advocacy, education, and trail management so the next generation of riders still has somewhere to go. Every order helps keep trails open.

Is this riding gear or everyday apparel?

It's lifestyle apparel. Our shirts, hoodies, and outerwear are built for everyday wear, not for actual riding. Wear it to the trailhead, to the shop, wherever.

Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Every order is made to order, so it takes 2 to 5 business days to produce before it ships. Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days total.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, usually 7 to 20 business days after production. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. If you haven't seen it after 5 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, email us within 2 hours of checkout. After that, production has usually started and we can't modify the order.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. Reach out within 30 days of delivery.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for the wrong size or a change of heart. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering, and email us if you need help picking a size.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts and hoodies fit?

Each product page has a size guide with full measurements. Most of our pieces run true to size, but fits vary by style. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we'll help you dial it in.

What if the size I want is out of stock?

Because we print on demand, we don't really run out of stock. If a product page says a size is unavailable, it's likely a temporary issue on our end. Reach out and we'll look into it.

Product & Care

What are your products made of?

Materials vary by product. Most of our shirts are a cotton blend and our hoodies are a heavier cotton-poly blend built to last. Specific material info is listed on each product page.

How should I wash my Trailforge Moto gear?

To keep the print looking sharp, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Treat it right and it'll last.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Not yet, but if you run a shop, club, or event and want to talk, email us at support@trailforgemoto.com and we'll see what we can do.
