Shipping
Every Trailforge Moto order is made to order through our print partner. That means your gear isn't sitting on a shelf somewhere, it's getting built for you after you check out. Here's how the timing breaks down.
Processing Time
Most orders are produced in 2 to 5 business days before they ship. Some items move faster, some take a little longer depending on what you ordered. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves the facility.
Shipping Times (after production)
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on where you are:
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 8 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days
Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5 to 10 business days in the US and a bit longer internationally. Holiday seasons and weather events can slow things down, so we build in a little buffer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We keep the rates as close to actual cost as we can.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you haven't seen it after 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@trailforgemoto.com and we'll track it down.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country. Those aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office if you're not sure what to expect.
Wrong Address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package gets returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we can ship it again but you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost. If you catch the mistake right after ordering, email us within 2 hours and we'll try to update it before production starts.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or if it says delivered but you don't have it, reach out. We'll help you file a claim and do what we can to get it sorted.
