Refund policy

Every piece of Trailforge Moto apparel is made to order. When you place an order, it gets printed and built just for you. No warehouses full of extra shirts, no leftover stock. That keeps our operation lean and lets us donate 5% of every sale to the trails. But it also means we handle returns a little differently than most brands.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, that's on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, no hassle.

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A quick note on what happened

We respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

Sizing

Because every order is made on demand, we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of heart. Check our Size Guide for full measurements on every product before you order. If you're still unsure, email us and we'll help you dial it in.

Lost in transit?

Once a package leaves the facility, it's on the carrier. If tracking says delivered but it's not there, check with your neighbors and local post office first, then reach out. We'll help you file a claim and do what we can to get it sorted.

Changed your mind?

Orders move into production fast. If you need to cancel or change something, email us within 2 hours of checkout and we'll try to catch it in time. After that, it's already being built.
